Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives and Sales Managers to promote and sell Batch Coding and Laser Marking Machines. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, and building long-term business relationships within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
✔ Visit clients, understand requirements, and present suitable machine solutions
✔ Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✔ Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
✔ Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth order execution
✔ Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis
✔ For Sales Manager: Team leadership, strategy planning & target monitoring
Requirements
✔ Relevant field sales experience (Manufacturing / Industrial / Machinery preferred)
✔ Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
✔ Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
✔ B2B sales experience preferred
