Telecaller – Patient Appointment Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller who will handle patient calls, schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and provide basic information about treatments and clinic services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Follow up with patients for consultations and treatments
- Maintain patient records and appointment details
- Coordinate with clinic staff and doctors for appointment management
- Answer patient queries regarding services, timings, and locations
- Ensure proper communication and patient satisfaction
- Achieve daily calling and appointment targets
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
