- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage site labor, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other departments.
- Ensure timely completion of construction activities as per the project schedule.
- Inspect RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
- Verify work quality and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage at the construction site.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve day-to-day construction issues.
- Ensure all safety regulations, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards are followed.
- Check measurements and assist in quantity verification for billing purposes.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material availability.
- Monitor equipment and machinery usage at the site.
- Report project progress, delays, and challenges to the Project Manager.
- Ensure rework is minimized by maintaining quality control throughout construction.
- Assist in project handover and final inspection activities.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and smooth workflow among the site workforce.
- Perform any other site-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
