Lakmé Academy powered by Aptech is looking for enthusiastic and skilled Trainers across all domains — Makeup, Skin, Hair— to mentor the next generation of beauty professionals!
What You’ll Do:
Conduct engaging theory and practical sessions as per Lakmé Academy curriculum
Build student confidence and skills aligned with industry standards
Resolve student queries and offer professional guidance
Conduct internal assessments and prepare students for final certification
Who You Are:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass + Diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty (required)
Specialized certification in Makeup / Skin / Hair / Nail Technology
Experience: 1 year preferred (freshers with strong fundamentals can apply)
Passionate about teaching, learning, and grooming future professionals
Must be able to clear skill trials conducted by Lakmé Certified Regional Trainers
