Job Summary
The IT Software Executive will be responsible for maintaining hospital software systems, providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support hospital software, HMIS, and other applications.
- Provide technical assistance to hospital staff and resolve software-related issues.
- Install, configure, and update software as required.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors.
- Coordinate with software vendors for technical support and issue resolution.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system settings.
- Assist in maintaining patient registration, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, and other hospital software modules.
- Ensure regular data backup and assist in data recovery when required.
- Maintain IT asset and software maintenance records.
- Support computer systems, printers, scanners, and network connectivity.
- Train staff on software usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of hospital data.
- Follow hospital IT policies, SOPs, and data-security procedures.
- Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.
Required Qualification
- Graduate in Computer Applications / IT / Computer Science preferred.
- Diploma or relevant IT certification may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and computer hardware.
- Knowledge of Hospital Management Software (HMIS) preferred.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in hospital IT support, software maintenance, or a similar role preferred. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
Duty
8–9 Hours | Day/Rotational Shift as per hospital requirement
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
