HVAC Tender Engineer
Department: Estimation / Tendering
Experience: 4–8 Years (or as required)
Job Responsibilities:
- Study tender documents, drawings, BOQ, specifications, and client requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems including :
- VRF Systems
- Chillers
- Ducting
- Ventilation Systems
- Piping & Insulation
- Quantity take-off from drawings and tender documents.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions.
- Analyze tender risks, exclusions, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost comparisons, and bid summaries.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and clarify technical queries.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and proposals.
- Maintain records of tender documents, quotations, and submitted bids.
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Understanding of tendering procedures and contract conditions.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of VRF, Ductable, Chiller, AHU, FCU, Ventilation & Exhaust Systems.
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in HVAC Estimation & Tendering preferred.

- Technical and commercial compliance preparation.
Short Designation Line:
HVAC Tender Engineer responsible for estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, cost analysis, goverment and techno-commercial tender submission for HVAC projects.
Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
