Key Responsibilities:

Procure civil & construction materials
Vendor sourcing, evaluation & negotiation
Prepare PO & ensure timely material delivery at site
Coordinate with site/project & accounts team
Maintain purchase records & monitor inventory
Ensure material quality & cost control
Track market rates & price trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (Civil / Commerce / Supply Chain)
3+ yrs experience in real estate/construction procurement
Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
Knowledge of construction materials & local market
Good communication & MS Excel

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
