Key Responsibilities
- Bill Preparation: Generate client RA bills, interim bills, and final invoices based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and contract terms.
- Site Measurements: Take and verify physical measurements from the site in coordination with site engineers and record them in measurement books.
- Subcontractor Management: Check, certify, and process vendor and subcontractor bills and invoices.
- Reconciliation & Rate Analysis: Prepare material reconciliation statements and analyze non-BOQ item rates based on specifications and market data.
- Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with internal finance teams and external clients to secure timely clearance and receipt of payments
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
