We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) with a strong background in Home Loans (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in team handling, channel partner management, and business development through DSA/DST networks. This role is responsible for driving sales, expanding partner networks, and achieving business targets while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Home Loan sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage DSA/DST partners and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and distributors.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers.
- Drive lead generation through open market and channel partner networks.
- Monitor lead conversion and disbursement performance.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Marketing teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and partner performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling.
- Proven experience in channel sales and partner management.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience only in Home Loans/LAP (Insurance and general sales profiles will not be considered).
- Strong DSA/DST network in the local market.
- Experience in channel partner acquisition and management.
- Individual business target achievement of 4 Crore or more.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Maximum age: 45 years.
- Minimum CIBIL score: 630.
- Candidates should be local to the job location (relocation candidates will not be considered).
- Candidates from Ambak and HDFC Sales are not eligible.
