About the Role
Rajalakshmi Medical College is looking for dedicated and responsible Riders to transport blood samples safely from RMC+ collection centers to Rajalakshmi Medical College. This role primarily involves travelling and ensuring the timely and secure delivery of samples while maintaining the highest standards of safety and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples from designated RMC+ collection centers.
- Transport and deliver samples promptly to Rajalakshmi Medical College.
- Ensure proper handling of specimens during transportation.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
- Maintain professional conduct while representing the organization.
- Adhere to all traffic rules and safety regulations.
- Report any delays or issues during transportation to the concerned supervisor.
Work Schedule
- Morning Shift: 4 Hours
- Evening Shift: 4 Hours
- Total Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day
Eligibility Criteria
- Male/Female candidates can apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike).
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Good knowledge of local routes in and around Chennai.
- Punctual, responsible, and physically fit for daily travel.
- Prior experience as a delivery rider or medical sample transporter is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000
- Petrol Allowance provided by the organization.
- Overtime (OT) payment for additional working hours, as applicable.
- Company T-shirts/Uniform will be provided.
