Working Hours: 7:30 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹15,000/month + 10% Commission on Sales
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support Triven.ai US sales operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong cold-calling ability, and confidence in communicating with US-based prospects.
The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls, scheduling qualified demos, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential US customers.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers.
- Introduce Triven.ai products and solutions to prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Schedule qualified product demos and sales meetings.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Handle initial customer objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to improve lead conversion.
- Meet assigned calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience in US cold calling or international sales is preferred.
- Confident, professional, and persuasive communication style.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
- Strong follow-up and lead-nurturing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, technology, or B2B sales is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- US cold-calling experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working evening/night hours.
- Must have a reliable laptop/PC and stable internet connection.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
