We are not just looking for a model; we are looking for a storyteller. As the In-House Content Creator & Brand Face, you will be the primary personality representing Paramount on social media. Your daily routine will involve styling our latest garments, conceptualizing creative ideas, and presenting confidently in front of the camera to create daily Instagram Reels, Stories, and highly interactive content.
Key Responsibilities
Be the Face of the Brand: Showcase, model, and present Paramount’s apparel collections on camera for Instagram Reels, Shorts, and IG Stories.
Content Conceptualization: Stay deeply tuned into daily Instagram trends, viral audio tracks, and fashion transitions to pitch fresh content ideas every week.
Styling & Presentation: Mix, match, and style our garments to create visually appealing aesthetic looks that resonate with a modern fashion audience.
Basic Mobile Editing: Record high-quality videos using a smartphone and perform basic, clean editing (using CapCut, InShot, or Instagram’s native editor) with seamless transitions.
Community Engagement: Occasionally host Instagram Live sessions, answer fashion queries on video, and interact with the audience to build a loyal community.
Requirements & Qualifications
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow for daily in-office/studio work.
Camera Confidence: Exceptional on-camera presence, clear communication skills, and expressive body language.
Fashion Fluent: A keen eye for styling, aesthetics, color coordination, and current fashion trends.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in shooting high-quality videos on smartphones and understanding the mechanics of the Instagram algorithm (Reels, hooks, and transitions).
Portfolio/Work Samples: Applications must include a link to an active Instagram profile, a portfolio, or 2–3 sample video clips showing your on-camera presence.
