Job Description
As a Senior SAP Invoicing & Cash Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivery of business applications support services (complex incidents, changes, problems & system enhancements delivery) in an enterprise IT environment in SAP Invoicing & Cash domain and related interfaces with other partner systems (ex. Front Offices and Treasury systems).
Your focus will be the application support (Interfaces, Incident & Problem management) & delivery of changes / configurations for the LDC live countries, ensuring support levels and expectations from both management and users are met.
Main Responsibilities
In this Role the Senior SAP Invoicing & Cash Service Delivery Analyst should:

Be expert in SAP Finance business processes + deep knowledge of how the solution works (E2E: Finance & integrations processes – Invoicing, Payment & Cash)

Expert knowledge on LDC processes, specificities, and their translation into SAP
-
Good knowledge of how to run SAP Finance processes, tables and system config
-
Integrate SAP with other systems: interfaces set-up, monitoring and troubleshooting
-
Interact with the user to collect business requirements, discover more complex issues, explain complex SAP Finance functional & technical rules, and present resolution
-
Identifies, initiates and solves problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
-
Take ownership to deep-dive and solve complex functional or technical topics
-
Deep dive and solve problems, by addressing the root cause (CSIs delivery)

Apply complex SAP customizations (bug fixes & non-routine changes), perform extensive testing (ITC & NRT) and maintain solution documentation
-
Deliver enhancements (clarify business requirement, prepare DAB and FSD, work with developers and ensure proper test and documentation before move to PROD)

Share knowledge within the other SAP support team members maintaining documentation that is useful for team's daily work and expertise

Coach and mentor the more junior members (act as local AMS lead)

Ensures the execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in a timely manner.
Qualifications
-
University degree in IT, Procurement, Finance, Business school or equivalent
-
6+ years of IT support / delivery experience with SAP Finance & data integration (Invoices, Payments, GL documents, Bank Statements, House Banks, MD, etc.)
Additional Information
-
Very good knowledge and business process understanding in SAP Invoicing & Cash domain (SAP AP, AR and Finance data integration)
-
Deep working experience with SAP Invoices, Payments, Bank Statements, House Banks, Finance Master Data, Document posting, clearing, reversals, etc. and integrations with other systems

Experience with SAP BI data reporting is a plus

Experience working in international companies
IT skills:

Strong experience in IT support and delivery in SAP Finance Integrations (AP, AR modules), including: incidents resolution & root-cause analysis, delivery of change requests via system customizing, testing and transports management, working on system enhancements with Developers

Experience in SAP system integration & interfaces with other systems set-up, monitoring & troubleshooting (iDocs, XML messages)

S4 HANA & FIORI experience

Knowledge of the integration points with other SAP modules (ex. SAP FICO, MM & SD)

Experience working with Service Desk ticketing system (Service Now & JIRA ideally)
