We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to support the growth of our B2B business across hospitality partners, corporate organizations, and institutional clients.
The role requires a proactive sales professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to expanding the company’s presence across multiple B2B channels within the food and hospitality ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Identify and onboard new B2B partners including hospitality outlets, corporate offices, and institutional clients.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
* Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce the company’s products and services.
Client Relationship Management
* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders such as procurement teams, facility managers, and business owners.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Sales Growth
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Drive revenue growth by expanding business with both new and existing clients.
Market Development
* Identify potential business clusters and partnership opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Internal Coordination
* Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution and service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Required Skills

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
* MBA preferred but not mandatory
