Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Outbound Calling) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, and customer engagement. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, qualifying leads, scheduling product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided databases and lead sources.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and probing techniques.
- Introduce company products and services to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
- Ability to convince and influence potential customers.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Educational Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.

- Number of outbound calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Demo/meeting appointments scheduled.
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion ratio.
- Monthly target achievement.
- CRM data accuracy and updates.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6 months to 5 year of experience in outbound calling, tele sales, or lead generation.
- The candidate should know at least one regional language in mentioned below. Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, IT Software, CRM, ERP, or Technology Sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
