We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Jr. Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in our recruitment efforts, assisting in the sourcing, screening, and selection of top talent for our organization. Your responsibilities will include utilizing job portals, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting the recruitment process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various job portals, such as Naukri, Monster, Shine, and LinkedIn, to source potential candidates.
- Review resumes, applications, and portfolios to screen and identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Recruitment Process Support:
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and databases to track progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:
- Utilize the company's ATS to track and manage candidate information and progress.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS.
- Assist in generating recruitment reports and maintaining recruitment metrics.
Client Interaction:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and hiring needs.
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients and providing timely updates on recruitment activities.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to team discussions and share insights and ideas for continuous improvement.
- Support fellow team members in achieving recruitment goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Preferably 6+ months of experience in client handling.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Shine, and LinkedIn.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills in the recruitment field.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,037.68 - ₹50,000.00 per month
