Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care:
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene needs.
Help with toileting and incontinence care.
Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients from beds to wheelchairs and assisting with walking.
Health Monitoring:
Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
Monitor and document changes in the patient’s health and report to the supervising nurse
Assist with medication reminders and ensure medications are taken as prescribed.
Daily Living Activities:
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines.
Assist with feeding if necessary.
Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and changing bed linens..
Emotional Support:
Provide companionship and engage patients in conversation and activities.
Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
Safety and Environment:
Ensure a safe and clean living environment for the patient.
Follow proper infection control procedures.
Use equipment safely and correctly, reporting any issues or malfunctions.
Documentation and Communication:
Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
Communicate effectively with the patient, family members, and the healthcare team.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
