We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves engaging with potential buyers, sellers, and investors over the phone, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote property listings and real estate services.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding property details, pricing, and availability.
- Generate and qualify leads by understanding client requirements and preferences.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Provide detailed information about projects, locations, and investment opportunities.
- Build rapport with clients to establish trust and long-term relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
