The MEP Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation activities at project sites. The role ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Supervise day-to-day MEP installation activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor manpower deployment and allocate work efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks as per the project schedule.
- Inspect MEP installations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Verify materials before installation.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate inspections with QA/QC engineers and consultants.
- Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Ensure workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report unsafe conditions and near-miss incidents immediately.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other engineering teams to avoid work clashes.
- Attend site coordination meetings.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in consultation with engineers.
- Maintain daily work progress reports.
- Track material consumption and report shortages.
- Verify subcontractor work quantities.
- Maintain records of inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Ensure all MEP systems are tested as per project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and handover.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- ITI candidates with relevant MEP experience may also be considered.
- 4–8 years of experience in MEP construction projects.
- Experience in commercial buildings, residential projects, hospitals, industrial facilities, or metro/rail infrastructure is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of installation standards and construction practices.
- Familiarity with testing and commissioning procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Primarily based at project sites.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations as required.
- Ability to work extended hours to meet project deadlines when necessary.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
