We are seeking 3-4 preschool teachers.
Requirements:
- English fluency.
- A Graduate level degree in Education OR 2+ years of work experience in education.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on our school curriculum that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Organize creative activities, including storytelling, arts & crafts, music, and play-based learning.
- Highly motivated, skilled and engages students in music, dance and sports activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
- Skillful in handling learning aids in good condition and able to fix them with an expert level of fine motor skills as and when required.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s development and daily activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
- Actively engage with students throughout the class.
- Ability to read, write and speak, fluency in English is mandatory (knowing Kannada and Hindi will be an advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a relevant position and knowledge in Education with a strong grasp of child development principles.

Working TIme, Duration, Salary (Returning Bonus)::
Working TIme: 7 hours/day (08:30 - 15:30). Possible part-time and substitute opportunities available, based on the candidate and school needs.
Duration of Contract: Immediate joinees required, contract written per academic year, ending in May, beginning in June or upon joining date.
Salary: The annual salary ranges from 10,000 / month to 20,000 / month based on the candidate's experience, qualification and performance based yearly returning bonus.
