Position: Front Desk Manager
We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager, who will be the face of our hotel and create a memorable first impression for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly
- Manage reservations (walk-ins, calls, online bookings)
- Answer guest queries and provide local information
- Coordinate with housekeeping & F&B team
- Maintain front desk records and billing
Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Presentable personality & positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / PMS)
Shift Timing
Rotational shifts (morning / evening / night)
