Eligibility Criteria:
1. Strong English communication skills.
2. Interest and willingness to build a career in sales.
3. Ready to travel and meet clients as required.
Training & Compensation: Compensation (After Successful Completion of 3 Months Training)
1. Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
2. Variable: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)
3. Petrol Allowance: As per company policy
Training Period Compensation (First 3 Months)
1. Stipend/Salary: ₹15,000 per month
2. Performance and overall suitability will be reviewed at the end of the training period.
3. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be offered permanent employment with the compensation structure mentioned above.
