- Lead and own end to end production support for Informatica and Big Data platforms
- Monitor and manage batch jobs workflows Hive queries Hadoop jobs and UNIX scripts
- Handle L3 support including complex incident resolution escalations and business critical failures
- Drive incident management problem management and service delivery aligned with SLA KPI targets
- Perform detailed and structured Root Cause Analysis RCA and implement preventive solutions
- Ensure stability and performance of ETL pipelines and Big Data workloads
- Lead major incident handling bridge calls and stakeholder communication during outages
- Coordinate with application infrastructure database and business teams for issue resolution
- Oversee release management deployment validation and production readiness activities
- Drive performance tuning across Informatica workflows Hive queries and Hadoop jobs
- Implement automation monitoring improvements and process optimizations
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes audit requirements and governance standards

- Strong knowledge of batch processing job scheduling and dependency management
- Strong SQL HiveQL skills for data analysis and issue resolution
