We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager – D2C to lead and scale direct-to-consumer sales for K12 school fee loan products. The role will focus on driving disbursals through digital and partner-led channels, managing sales teams, and building a scalable sales engine.
- Own end-to-end D2C sales lifecycle from lead conversion to loan disbursal
- Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursal and revenue targets
- Manage and optimize digital and offline leads via CRM/LMS
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales/RMs
- Monitor sales performance, productivity, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with marketing, credit, and operations to reduce TAT and fallouts
- Engage with K12 schools and education partners to increase adoption
- Ensure compliance with credit, KYC, and regulatory norms
- Strong experience in D2C lending sales (education loans/consumer loans preferred)
- Proven team-handling and target achievement capability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fintech/NBFC environment preferred
