- Minimum: 10th or 12th pass
- Preferred: Any degree (B.Com, BBA, etc.) for bigger branded storesBasic math Understanding of:
- Gold purity (22K, 24K)
- Making charges
- Freshers can apply
- 6 months–2 years experience in retail/sales is a big plus
- Flexible to work weekends/festivals (peak sales time)
- Presentable appearance (important in jewellery retail)
- Current gold rateskills (for billing, weight, price calculation)
