Roles and Responsibilities
· Monitor and identify relevant tenders on the GeM portal related to medical devices.
Prepare and submit online bids in compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.
Coordinate with technical, regulatory, and finance teams for accurate documentation.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for medical devices (e.g., syringes, IV sets, surgical items).
Ensure compliance with CDSCO, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
Maintain records of all tender submissions, results, and follow-ups.
Handle bid queries, clarifications, and negotiations with government authorities.
Track tender status, order placements, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain product catalogue and pricing updates on the GeM portal.
Manage vendor registration, product listing, and account updates on GeM.
Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to improve bid success rate.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in GeM tender handling, preferably in medical devices or healthcare products.
- Strong knowledge of GeM portal operations and government procurement processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (CDSCO, ISO, CE, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Salary: 20-25 k
