Aayushka Assisted Living is a premium assisted living and senior care facility committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and support for our residents. We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for frontline and operational staff including:
* Nursing Assistants
* Caregivers
* Housekeeping Staff
* Kitchen Staff
* Maintenance & Support Staff
* Build and maintain recruitment pipelines through:
* Nursing colleges and training institutes
* Housekeeping and staffing agencies
* Job portals and local recruitment networks
* Community and referral programs
* Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
* Develop partnerships and tie-ups with nursing colleges, healthcare training centers, and manpower agencies to ensure a continuous talent supply.
HR Operations & Administration
* Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Monitor staff attendance, leave management, and shift coordination.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
* Support payroll inputs and employee-related documentation.
Training & Employee Engagement
* Coordinate orientation and training programs for new employees.
* Track employee performance during probation periods.
* Assist in organizing staff engagement and retention initiatives.
* Promote a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2–5 years of HR and recruitment experience preferred.
* Experience recruiting blue-collar, healthcare, hospitality, housekeeping, or operational staff is highly preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build relationships with colleges, agencies, and external partners.
* Good organizational and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related documentation.
