We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pharma CRM Executive to manage relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and customers. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer databases, handling inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and marketing activities to strengthen client relationships and increase business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, distributors, and clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
- Generate CRM reports, customer activity reports, and sales support reports.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in planning customer engagement programs, promotional campaigns, and loyalty initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, communications, and customer preferences.
- Support the team in achieving sales and customer retention targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain data accuracy.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, telesales, or pharmaceutical sales support.
