Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration within SAP environments.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A PaPM Development resource with at least 4 years of hands-on experience preferably at a midlevel development focused is required.
resource should be capable of understanding business requirements and driving Change Requests end-to-end—from requirements gathering and design, through development, testing, and release.
Systems Integration (SI) development experience is highly preferred. The candidate must be able to analyze issues or defects independently and propose and implement appropriate technical solutions. with Insurance industry background is preferred.
PaPM Development resource with at least 4 years of handson experience preferably at a midlevel development focused
