- Process and dispatch daily customer orders.
- Call customers to confirm COD orders before shipping.
- Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) follow-ups with customers.
- Manage RTO (Return to Origin) claims and documentation.
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and delivery issues.
- Collect and process retail purchase orders.
- Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy.
- Pack marketplace and website orders with quality checks.
- Generate invoices and maintain basic billing records.
- Manage omnichannel order operations across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations.
- Maintain daily reports for dispatch, returns, and inventory.
