- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate engineering methodologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of structural and stress analysis principles relevant to aircraft components.
- Experience with configuration management and technical documentation standards.
- Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic knowledge to engineering problem-solving.
- Familiarity with qualification and certification processes within the aerospace industry.
- Competence in using engineering tools and software to support design and analysis activities.
- Proficient with hands-on application of CATIA
