- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manages the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting induction sessions for new hires.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversees daily attendance, leave tracking, and maintenance of digital and physical employee records.
- Payroll & Benefits Support: Coordinates payroll inputs, tracks shift rosters, and resolves salary-related queries to ensure timely compensation.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensures the company adheres to local labor laws (such as PF, ESIC, or the Factories Act) and maintains necessary registers for audits.
- Employee Relations: Serves as a bridge between management and staff by addressing grievances, answering policy questions, and organizing engagement activities like team-building events.
- Performance Support: Assists in the appraisal process by maintaining performance records and facilitating goal-setting reviews

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
