We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bodyshop Advisor to manage accident repair and bodywork service operations. The candidate will inspect damaged vehicles, prepare repair estimates, coordinate with technicians and insurance companies, and ensure timely and quality repair delivery. Responsibilities include explaining repair procedures and costs to customers, handling insurance claim documentation, updating customers on repair progress, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, knowledge of body repairs and paint processes, and experience in an automobile bodyshop or dealership are preferred.
