Job Overview
We are hiring a Floor Executive for a retail outlet handling ITC and Hindustan (HUL) products. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product information and purchases.
- Maintain product displays and shelf arrangement.
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and product availability.
- Support billing and day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Work with the team to achieve store sales and operational goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Retail, Supermarket, Hypermarket, or FMCG is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
