Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Update HR databases, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Help prepare HR letters, policies, and other HR documents.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Assist in performance management and training coordination.
- Manage employee uniforms, including issuance, collection, stock maintenance, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with vendors and departments for uniform requirements and replacements.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
