Key Responsibilities
- Patient & Visitor Management: Greet all patients and visitors, handle their inquiries professionally, and direct them to the appropriate department, consultant, or area.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of doctor appointments. Send reminders to patients.
- Communication Handling: Operate the switchboard, manage all incoming and outgoing calls, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with patient registration, admission, discharge, and basic data entry and billing processes.
- Coordination: Maintain a clean and organized front office area, manage patient flow, and coordinate with clinical staff and other departments.
Required Qualifications
- A Graduate degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications ($\text{MS Office}$) and familiarity with $\text{Hospital Management Software}$ ($\text{HMS}$) is a plus.
- A professional appearance, empathetic attitude, and the ability to handle stressful situations with patience.
