We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare SaaS, healthcare technology, digital health, or hospital solutions sales and possess a strong understanding of healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations across Delhi NCR.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through field visits, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for doctors, hospital administrators, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and position GudMed's AI-powered solutions to address operational and clinical challenges.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and revenue forecasts through CRM tools.
- Stay updated on healthcare technology trends, hospital workflows, and competitive offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Healthcare SaaS, Healthcare IT, Digital Health, Hospital Solutions, or Enterprise Sales.
- Understanding of hospital operations and healthcare workflows.
- Experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with doctors, clinic owners, hospital administrators, and management teams.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
