The Role
We’re hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager to drive our day-to-day marketing execution across social media, content, and events. You’ll be hands-on across the full content lifecycle — from ideating campaigns to writing captions that makes someone stop scrolling — while helping coordinate the brand’s presence at rides, meetups, and on-ground activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content across all Reise Moto social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), maintaining a consistent brand voice and content calendar.
- Write compelling, on-brand captions, copy, and short-form content tailored to each platform and rider segment.
- Develop content ideas and briefs spanning product launches, brand storytelling, and community engagement.
- Drive influencer marketing end to end — identify and shortlist motorcycle and motorsport creators, manage outreach and onboarding, brief and coordinate collaborations, and track deliverables and performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and creator partners, negotiating scope and managing budgets for paid and barter collaborations.
- Coordinate and execute marketing events, rides, meetups, and on-ground activations end to end.
- Collaborate with media agencies, influencers, photographers, videographers, and external vendors on campaigns and shoots.
- Track content and campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and using insights to refine the approach.
- Support the broader marketing team on brand partnerships, product marketing, and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay plugged into the Indian motorcycle community, trends, and competitor activity.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content, ideally with a consumer or lifestyle brand.
- Strong writing skills — you can craft a caption, a campaign line, and a brief with equal ease.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and what performs.
- Experience coordinating events or activations is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with creators, agencies, and vendors.
- Hands-on experience running influencer or creator marketing — from sourcing and outreach to briefing and measurement — is a strong advantage.
- A genuine passion for motorcycles and riding culture is highly valued.
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with design or video editing tools.
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Metricool, etc.).
- An existing connection to the rider community.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
