Role Overview: Payroll Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting payroll solutions within ERP systems.
Job Description:
- Gather, Analyze, and document payroll business requirements
- Configure and implement payroll modules in ERP systems (IFS)
- Ensure payroll processes align with local tax laws and statutory compliance
- Manage end-to-end payroll implementation projects, including testing and deployment
- Perform system configuration, validation, and troubleshooting
- Support payroll processing and resolve system-related issues
- Conduct payroll data migration, reconciliation, and validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations (HRMS, Finance systems)
- Provide user training and post-implementation support
- Generate reports, dashboards, and audit documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Education, Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field
- Strong experience in payroll processing and ERP payroll modules
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (IFS/ SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, etc.)
- Must have completed at least one full-cycle payroll implementation in any ERP system.
- Good understanding of payroll regulations, taxation, and compliance
- Experience in system implementation and configuration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
