Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff (stewards/waiters)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Take orders and ensure timely and accurate service
- Maintain service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Train and guide junior staff
- Coordinate with kitchen team for efficient service flow
- Monitor table turnover and seating arrangements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Captain / Senior Steward in a hotel or restaurant
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
