Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and referrals
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures
- Maintain candidate pipeline and manage reporting dashboards
Requirements:
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Should be stable — no job hoppers
