Role Overview:
Seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of B2B experience to manage the end-to-end social media across key platforms. Responsible for executing data-driven strategies, creating engaging content, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Requires strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing, analytics, and a performance-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage end-to-end social media presence for the organization and client accounts across platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.
Plan and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
Develop and maintain a content calendar, leveraging trending topics, audience insights, and campaign objectives.
Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, carousels, short videos) in collaboration with design and content teams.
Run and optimize paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Actively engage on platforms like Quora, Reddit, and niche communities to build brand authority and drive organic conversations.
Collaborate with SEO and content teams to ensure alignment with organic growth strategies.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI-driven marketing, social algorithms, and content formats.
Social Media & Analytics: LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite, X Analytics.
Marketing Tools: HubSpot / Zoho CRM (or similar CRM tools).
Content & Design: Canva, Adobe Suite (basic understanding).
AI Tools : ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Copy.ai (for content ideation & optimization).
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B social media marketing.
Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing and paid campaigns is a must.
Proven ability to identify target audiences and create personalized, high-impact content.
Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and performance optimization.
Experience managing multiple campaigns/projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder handling skills.
High attention to detail with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
Good to Have:
Certifications in Digital Marketing / Social Media (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
