Job Description – Amazon Marketplace Associate/ Executive/ Manager Role

presence across Amazon marketplaces in multiple countries. We are building a strong in-house
team to support and scale our marketplace operations.
� Role Overview- As an Amazon Associate, you will support the team in daily execution tasks, PPC operations, and catalog management, ensuring smooth and efficient marketplace
operations.
�Key Responsibilities
Assist in PPC campaign execution and optimization tasks
Perform keyword research and search term analysis
Add negative keywords and support bid updates
Manage listing uploads and catalog updates
Work with bulk files (flat files) for updates
Generate daily/weekly reports
Track competitors and marketplace trends
Support senior and executive team members in daily operations

Task accuracy and completion
Speed and efficiency
Consistency in execution
✅ Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Amazon marketplace / e-commerce operations
Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central & PPC (Sponsored Ads)
Comfortable with Excel / data handling / reports
Detail-oriented with strong execution ability
Ability to follow processes and handle repetitive operational tasks efficiently
�� Preferred
Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC or catalog management
Exposure to international marketplaces (UK/US/EU/GCC)
Experience working with bulk uploads / flat files
