Job Title: Front Office Executive / Front Desk Associate

Reports To: Front Office Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations and booking inquiries.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest requests.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional appearance.
- Assist guests with special requests and concierge services.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management software.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a hotel front office, reception, or customer service role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of English and additional languages can be beneficial.
Typical Duties During a Shift
- Receiving arriving guests.
- Verifying reservations and issuing room keys.
- Updating room status in the hotel system.
- Handling guest inquiries and service requests.
- Coordinating airport transfers, taxis, or local information.
- Preparing daily reports and maintaining guest records.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
