Zonal Sales Manager – Building Materials
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our building materials business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer and distributor network, managing key customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and grow the dealer, distributor, and channel partner network.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic MIS reports.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer engagement and increase market penetration.
- Organize product demonstrations, promotional activities, and dealer meets.

- Strong knowledge of Building Material Like Tile Adhesives, Waterproofing, Industrial Products or Infrastructure Products .
Experience
- 5 - 8 years of sales experience in the building materials industry.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or zonal sales role.
- Experience in products such as waterproofing chemicals, construction chemicals, cement products, AAC blocks, tiles, paints, adhesives, gypsum products, or similar building materials will be preferred
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
