Key Responsibilities for a EA
- Customer Communication
- Handle routine communication with customers through email, phone, WhatsApp, or Office Visit.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal team.
- Keep customers updated on commitments, timelines, and next steps.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with key customers.
- Customer Meetings
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with Internal Team / Customers / Vendors as per requirements.
- Attend meetings along with the leadership team or independently, wherever appropriate.
- Ensure dedicated & strong follow-up on agreed actions until closure.
- Internal Coordination
- Act as a communication link between customers and internal departments.
- Follow up with relevant teams to ensure customer requests are addressed on time.
- Escalate important or sensitive customer matters to the concerned senior person.
- Maintain visibility of pending customer issues and commitments.
- Leadership Support
- Maintain calendars and coordinate customer appointments when required.
- Prepare briefs, presentations, reports, or other material required for customer interactions.
- Monitor Emails, reply to Emails.
- Documentation & Tracking
- Maintain customer meeting records, follow-up trackers, and important correspondence.
- Keep track of commitments, pending actions, and deadlines.
- Ensure important information is properly documented and accessible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–5 years in Executive Assistant, Client Coordination, Business Coordination, Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting directly with customers, including senior stakeholders.
- Professional, presentable, and mature in handling customer conversations.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable attending customer meetings and representing the organization professionally.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate them accurately to internal teams.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace;
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, if required.
- Super strong on Follow-ups, Co-ordination, Delegation (non-negotiable)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
