Reporting To
Store Incharge / Operations Manager
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma / ITI (Any Discipline)
- Knowledge of inventory management and ERP/software is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in paper bag, packaging, PP woven bag, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and labeling of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items for timely replenishment.
Material Issue & Receipt
- Issue materials to production departments against approved requisitions.
- Verify incoming materials with Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and stock transfer records.
Stock Control
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and report variances.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Documentation
- Maintain inward and outward registers.
- Prepare daily stock reports, inventory reports, and MIS.
- Keep all store documents organized for audit purposes.
Housekeeping & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
- Follow company safety procedures and 5S standards.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Support production by ensuring timely availability of required materials.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Basic understanding of ERP software and MS Excel.
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,614.89 - ₹31,029.64 per month
