Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the organization's hiring needs across corporate and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track hiring metrics and support employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring for sales, marketing, operations, or healthcare roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
