Site Engineer – Job Description
Experience: 4+ Years
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and resources to achieve project targets.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and completed work for billing and cost control purposes.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues to prevent delays and rework.
- Ensure timely procurement and proper utilization of construction materials.
- Review construction drawings and provide technical guidance to site teams.
- Maintain site documentation, inspection records, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and HSE standards.
- Attend project review meetings and provide updates on project status.
- Support project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years in building construction and site execution.
Location: Kottayam, Kerala.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
