We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Operations Executive to join our team at LILO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing operational processes based on business needs. The role requires flexibility, as the candidate may be required to work either from the office or at LILO-associated kiosks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end operational processes efficiently and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day activities at LILO’s office and associated kiosks.
- Coordinate with various teams, including logistics, customer service, and marketing, to optimize operations.
- Address operational challenges and implement effective solutions as per the situation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain inventory records, track orders, and oversee stock replenishment at kiosks.
- Provide on-ground support and supervision at kiosks as and when required.
- Assist in process improvements and workflow optimization for better efficiency.
- Support customer service teams in resolving operational issues and escalations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, retail, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to different work locations.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with operational management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
